The first numbers for Parkland have arrived. The data for the weekend, October 4 to October 6, are avialiable as Box Office Mojo posted them. Later this week, we should get the numbers how the movie did in all week long.

Parkland grossed $310,246 past weekend and was in the 25th position in the box office ranking. Compared to other movie openings, Parkland opened as sixth best opening for this weekend. The movie was released in 257 theaters while most top ranked movies were released in 2,000 – 4,000 theaters. Considering the amout of theaters in which the movie was availiable Parkland had a decent start.
